HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!

Lincoln’s Kuumba Kids started us off right! Performers wowed us with drumming, dance, and song. Lincoln’s chorus sang “We Shall Overcome” by Pete Seeger and Lincoln’s dancers performed a Mendiani dance, receiving a standing ovation from the packed house.

The parent side of the PTO is grateful to the teacher/staff side for allowing us to bring in the program and doing all the internal work to make it happen.

Special thank you to Jennifer Frey, Principal Gordon, Ms. Lowry, Ms. Roskopf, Mr. McKinney and Mr. Tangora! We hope to build on this event in celebration of this very special month.
