Books for Classes!

We believe it's important for children to see themselves represented in the books they read. We made it a priority to purchase books that showcase diversity for each classroom and our library. Each classroom received 5 new books. Our wonderful librarian Ms. Meisinger shared photos of the books that were purchased for each classroom.

Thanks for the generosity of parents and families who contribute to the PTO's mission, or students will have access to books that feature characters from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and identities. These books will not only help our students learn about different perspectives and experiences, but they will also foster empathy and understanding.
