Bike Walk Oak Park recently presented at our PTO meeting in February about the importance of bike and walking safety around Lincoln Elementary. Presenters Rachel Poretsky and Sylvia Schweri shared valuable information about how to keep our children and families safe while walking or biking in our community.
Their presentation highlighted the benefits of active transportation, while also emphasizing the need for caution and careful planing.
By promoting safe and sustainable modes of transportation, Bike Walk Oak Park is helping to create a healthier, more vibrant community for us all.
